Conditions that must be met by a teacher with special 
needs:



1- The ability to observe and record the behavior of students in different situations

2- Having an acceptable level of knowledge about the categories of people with special needs

3- Knowing the characteristics of normal growth in childhood

4- Knowledge of the principles and methods of developing individual educational programs

5- Building appropriate working relationships with associations and institutions that are interested in training and educating students with special needs

6- The ability to build strong relationships with families of students with special needs

7- Good knowledge of the various tests and assessment tools that suit the nature of special needs
